These terms govern your use of the Virdar website (virdar.co) and any services provided by Virdar. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Virdar provides custom AI automation systems for businesses. All project engagements are governed by individual service agreements discussed and agreed upon during the strategy call and scoping process. These terms apply to website usage only.
Complimentary strategy calls are offered at no cost and carry no obligation. The AI roadmap provided during a strategy call is yours to keep regardless of whether you engage Virdar for a project.
Payment terms for Build and Optimize engagements are defined in individual project agreements. As stated on our website: you do not pay until you see the system working. Projects over $15,000 may require a refundable deposit, which is returned if the project does not meet agreed specifications.
Upon full payment, you own the AI systems we build for you. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary methodologies developed during your project in future work. We will not share your proprietary business data, workflows, or trade secrets.
